Exclusive villa with swimming pool and Jacuzzi to accommodate 10 people, is located in the village of Maroulas, just 6 km from Rethymnon on Creta island. The villa is located on a hill and has a beautiful view of the sea. Maroulas is located just 3 km from the best beaches on the north coast of the island, has two tavernas and two cafeterias. The villa was built in Venezian style, fully restored in its original form and is a valuable cultural heritage of Greece.
The villa is fully air conditioned and has central heating. Although located in the center of the village you are surrounded by a high wall, and you can enjoy your own privacy in a spacious garden with a large swimming pool, jacuzzi for 6 people, covered large terrace with garden furniture and a large sundeck. From the entrance on the ground floor, you come into a luxurious living room which is adjoined with dining room, fully equipped kitchen, a small children's play area and a covered terrace.

Bedroom 4: (on first floor) has bunk beds and a double bed. This room shares a bathroom with the 3rd room - bathroom has a bath and a hair dryer.
Bedroom 5: (ground floor) has a double bed, shower and toilet.
