Submission of written complaints of service users

In accordance with the provisions of Art. 6. St.1. point 3. of the Law on Provision of Services in Tourism NN no. 130/17 written consumer complaint can be submitted:
- written in business premises;
- to email info@rural-koncept.hr; or
- send by mail to the Rural Koncept d.o.o., Selo 132b, Premantura, 52100 Pula.
Receipt of the complaint will be confirmed in writing without delay and responded to within 15 days from the day of receipt of the complaint.
