Beautiful house with swimming pool is located in residential area Volme next to Banjole, 5 km from Pula and only 100 m from the sea. House offers accommodation in two modern apartments. Larger apartment for 4 people is situated on the ground floor. It consists of one double bedroom, a living room with a couch for 2 persons, kitchen and dining room, bathroom with shower and a lovely covered terrace overlooking the pool. Colors in the apartment are gentle, pastel. Smaller, studio apartment for three persons consists of one large room with a gallery and is located on the first floor. On the ground floor of the studio apartment is the living room with sofa bed for 1 person, kitchen, dining room and bathroom with shower. The bedroom is located on the gallery. Predominant are black and white tones. Landscape around of the house is very nicely decorated. Next to lavish swimming pool is a gazebo with barbecue area and outdoor shower. Sea with boats is located 100-m away from the house, while the first maintained beaches are at approximately 2000 m distance. Possible use of the pool daily from 8-16h.
