Only 15 km from ancient and picturesque city of Zadar - farmhouse sleeps 6 with a swimming pool, set in a beautiful sunny scenery near Posedarje village, with Novigrad sea and mighty Velebit mountain range only few miles away. Surrounded by vineyard, olive fields, woods, chickens and roosters, fruit trees. Perfect example of a country estate in rural Dalmatia, where you can simply wonder away, physically and in your thoughts - escape from everything.
Every morning you can take fresh eggs from the chicken coop or pick some plums from the tree - make yourself a nice and healthy breakfast out of domestic groceries. Also, there are two quad bikes at your disposal at any time (suitable for ride only on wild/country roads, not on state roads) - to enjoy roads in the wilderness and fully immerse into local environment. Other than that you can enjoy rides on two bicycles as well. If you are looking for sandy or rocky beaches, you will find those all over the Novigrad sea which is only couple of kilometers away.
