Beautiful villa complex with a pool in Istria

In a small Istrian village of Kotli 8 houses with capacity 2-6 people have recently been superbly restored, and charming outdoor pool for common use is built.

Houses are different size (63m2-139 m2), consisting of a kitchen equipped with basic elements (stove, fridge, crockery, cutlery, toaster, towels, towels), dining room, living room, small toilet on the ground floor, bedroom and bathroom on the first floor.

Houses 1 and 5 can accommodate two people in the living room and four other people on the first floor, where there are two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower and a small toilet. House 5 is equipped with a washing machine.
Houses 2, 3 and 8 can accommodate two people in the living room and three people on the first floor, where there is one double bedroom, one single bedroom and bathroom with shower. The houses have a spacious terrace on the ground floor and a wooden porch on the first floor.
House 4 on the first floor has one bedroom with a double bed and one single room. The bathroom is large and with a shower.
Houses 6 and 7 on the floor have a double bedroom and bathroom with a shower.
Houses are decorated in the same style, they have a large indoor fireplace (except house 7), underfloor heating and radiators and suitable for year-round residence.

Fenced property with beautiful views of the water mill and the river Mirna has a round communal swimming pool with a a capacity of 24 m2, outdoor shower and sun deck equipped with sun loungers. Guests can use a common bowling alley, large grill with a skewer, stone tables and benches. Each villa has a garden where guests can enjoy being separated from the rest of the estate.

The property offers tranquility and a perfect holiday in the countryside, hilly part of Istria. It is located close to the town of Buzet, Motovun and Hum, only 35 km away from the sea and 40 km from Novigrad and Opatija.
