Very beautiful stone villa for 10 people in Istria

In the peaceful Istrian village Peresiji, near the medieval town of Svetvincenat, there is renovated Istrian stone house, suitable for 10 people.

The house has five bedrooms, five bathrooms , the kitchen and the living room. All rooms are furnished with high quality furniture . Four rooms are equipped with double bed and private bathroom (shower, heating , hair dryer), have air conditioning and satellite TV. The fifth bedroom is intended as an additional bedroom , where there is a sofa bed (convertible into a double bed ) is located. The bedrooms are located on the first floor and in the high attic. Bed linen, towels and kitchen towels are provided and are included in the price.

On the ground floor is the living room, the dining room and the kitchen. In the kitchen there is a fridge (with freezer compartment) , dishwasher and cooker. Featuring the kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, plenty of cookware as well as a complete drinking and dinnerware for 12 people. The dining area has a large table with ten chairs , the living room with the fireplace is equipped with a spacious seating area , a TV (with satellite channel ) and two air conditioners. Wi-fi is available in the house.
In the area of ​​the covered terrace, which laterally adjoins the house , are a barbecue , a sink , a small electric stove, refrigerator, and two tables with ten chairs.

To the well-equipped house is also in the outdoor complex located 28 square meters large swimming pool with an outdoor shower, four chairs and a trampoline and a pool table. The total of about 600 square meter property is surrounded by a high stone wall.
Near the villa there is the town Svetvincenat with interesting churches and the medieval castle Grimani, where in the summer months various events and festivals take place. The distance to the nearest rock and pebble beaches is approximately 15 km away.
