Traditional house in Lika for 16 people
A traditional holiday home is located in the village Rizvanusa near Gospic. The house was built with traditional materials, and renovated in stone and wood. Provides a breathtaking view to the majestic Velebit Mountain.
On the ground floor there is a kitchen, dining room, bathroom equipped with shower and toilet, another small bathroom and two bedrooms. One bedroom with a double bed that can be separated, and another single bed, and the second bedroom is equipped with three beds.
On the upper floor are two bedrooms, one with 4 beds, bathed in sunshine with a view of the Velebit Mountain and Visocica and another larger room with 6 beds, facing west and the sunset. The entire upper floor is covered in wood, and the beds are made of solid wood. In the house can be comfortably accommodated 16 people.
The whole house is heated by a large wood burning stove in a dining room, and the rooms can be heated up with extra radiators.
If you want to make a feast, you will find a stone cellar next to the house, furnished covered area for grilling and other necessary facilities for the festivities.
Programs offered by adventure and excursion center Rizvan City are ideal for team building programs and han and stag parties.
