Vila is situated in Torre delle Stelle, south Sardinia, about 15 km from Villasimius and 40 km from international airport Cagliari Elmas. The area has 2 beaches with white sand, the sea is cristall blue and this area has the longest summer. Beaches (400 m distant) are ideal for children because the water gets deeper very gradually.

This private detached villa with amazing sea view is located on a hill facing the sea. Wide living area with fire place and terrace is facing the sea. There is an outside barbecue on the terrace. Kitchen is equipped with oven, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge with freezer and microwave. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom and a bathroom. On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms, a twin room, another double bedroom with en suite bathroom with bathtub and private terrace. On this same floor there is another bathroom with bath. All bedrooms on the first floor have sea view. The villa is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, outside shower and barbecue, garden and parking place.
