Holiday house 7 persons on the Amalfi coast, Italy

This charming holiday house has a great position just outside the lovely town of Ravello. The town centre can be reached on foot along the 1 km road or along stairways which climb up the hill and take directly to the main square where you will find all shops, restaurants, open air cafés and bus stops. Amalfi and the beaches are just 20 min. by bus away.

The total area of the holiday house, spread out over three levels connected by stairways, is 150 sqm indoor and 120 sqm meters of outdoor area consisting of terraces and balconies with extensive views of the coast and the sea. The interiors have been newly refurbished with modern furnishings. The bedrooms are specially comfortable, with bright colouring and French doors leading onto terraces with splendid view of the Amalfi Coast and of the sea. With central heating in all the rooms, this house is an ideal base for discovering the Amalfi Coast at any time of the year.

The main entrance takes into the top floor of the building which is composed of a kitchen with a large fridge/freezer, cooker with 4 gas rings and electric fire, electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher and panoramic window; bathroom with bathtub, WC and wash basin; two bedrooms, one with twin beds and the second bedroom with double bed, as well as of a dining room for 6 persons.
A spiral staircase, to the left on the main entrance, takes down to a spacious middle floor which is composed of a sitting room furnished with a dining table, two divans, wood fire place, armchair and TV;
one bedroom with 2 twin beds and French doors opening to terrace and the two bathrooms, one with bathtub and the other with shower.
A stairway leads further down to the ground floor, where there is a library room with a divan bed for one person. The ground floor lets you enter out onto a large patio furnished with a table. From there you may reach a further large terrace.
