Delightful holiday house for 4-6 persons has a superb, elevated position in the upper part of Praiano. Praiano is a charming coastal fishing village which is placed halfway between Positano and Amalfi. Restaurants, coffee bars, internet points and everything else one wants or needs for daily living are in the centre of Praiano which can be reached either on foot in 10-15 minutes or by local minibus.

This enchanting house is a free-standing house surrounded by a terrace affording one of the most glorious views of the Amalfi Coast. Entrance is in a small corridor which leads into the various rooms of the house.
The spacious eat-in kitchen features a dining table for 6 people, a cupboard, the cooking area with a five-burner stove, an oven, a large fridge with freezer, a washing machine and small electrical appliances such as toaster, kettle, microwave, etc.
Opposite to the kitchen is the living room with a table with chairs, comfortable sofas (one of which unfolds into a double bed), a TV/DVD/video equipment and CD/stereo. The terrace is equipped with table and chairs shaded by a sun umbrella and deck chairs.

There are two spacious sleeping rooms. Master bedroom has matrimonial bed with exit onto a private terrace that enjoys magnificent views over the particularly beautiful coast. The terrace is large enough to have a table with chairs. Immediately adjacent to the bedroom is a bathroom with bathtub, WC, washbasin, etc.
The second bedroom has joinable twins and French doors leading onto a second and even larger private terrace facing the same view. This terrace is also furnished with loungers and table with chairs.
Adjacent to the twin room, is a second bathroom which features a fully enclosed shower, WC, washbasin, washing machine, etc.
