This beautiful villa with pool for max 16 persons is situated in the heart of Tuscany, in the lovely Chianti area, about 25 km south of Florence and just 3 km from the town of Barberino Val d'Elsa.
Complex is set on one of the most beautiful hills of Chianti offering breathtaking scenes of the countryside.
It is composed of two separate buildings connected by a walkway. Both the old tower and the hay barn have been completely restored with old brick floors and wooden ceilings, showcasing the best of Italian design. The Old Tower building is completely restored with old terracotta brick flooring, an old wooden ceiling and modern facilities. The 7 double bedrooms with private bathrooms are very spacious and dotted with a mix of beautiful antiques and comfortable new furniture.
The Hay Barn building has also been completely restored. The kitchen is very stylish, with a very large custom-made fridge, wine fridge, induction hobs, state of the art oven and beautiful crockery and adjoins the vaulted dining room, completed with a huge dining table. There is a double bed in the living room.
A beautiful garden with lawns adorned with roses, jasmine, local plants and flowers, an infinity pool and jacuzzi give this place a special atmosphere.
