Chalet directly on the ski slopes Hochzillertal

The old traditional Tyrolean chalet is located in Kaltenbach, directly next to the slopes of the skiing area Hochzillertal. Slopes can be reached in only 100 meters. There are 500 m by skiing and 2 km by car to the valley station of Hochzillertal. Ski rental, bars and restaurants are 2 km distant.

The house is only few meters away from the owners farm. On the ground floor there is a living area, fully equipped kitchen with dining table, two bathrooms with shower, triple room with double bed and single bed and the heated ski storage. On the first floor there are 4 sleeping rooms and a toilet. One bedroom is with a double bed, second is with 2 double beds, whereas the 3rd and the 4th rooms are each with double bed and bunk bed.

Clients have the following services at disposal: barbecue, CD/DVD player, SAT TV, garden with furniture, balcony and a terrace, playground with trampoline, WLAN Internet and parking area.
