This charming small house is located in Pula, on the edge of a forest, surrounded by greenery. Very quiet.
The ground floor, about 50 m² in size, consists of the following rooms: a living room with dining area, flat screen TV and sofa bed; two bedrooms next to it, one with double bed, the other with two single beds; a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker and an adjacent bathroom with shower.
The terrace in the meadow is equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. The property is fenced and thus well suited for children and dogs.
Please note that the house can only be reached via a non-paved path (gravel road, approx. 300m).
The distance to the beach is 4000m, in the place Sisan. The center with restaurants and supermarkets is about 2000m away.
