Very nice holiday house 8-9 people located in Liznjan, near Medulin and Pula. It is characterized by a large fenced yard, quiet location, an abundance of flowers, a large green area and the area with a barbecue, ideal for enjoying the moments together.
It consists of two floors.
On the ground floor are two bedrooms, bathroom, extra toilet and washing machine, large living room with impressive fireplace, connected to the dining room and kitchen, and a fitness facility. Wooden stairs lead to the first floor where there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and a sofa to accommodate one child. Two bedrooms are equipped with double beds and two with two single beds. In front of the bedrooms is set an indirect air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with a combined refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave.
The sea and the beach are only 1000 m. Beautiful beaches can be found in Medulin and Premantura. The house is particularly suitable for owners of boats up to 7 m, because they have no problem facing the courtyard, and the descent into the sea is free. The owner of the house offers also organized fishing and angling. Tennis courts are located only 100 m and can be used for a fee. For flight guests the owner offers free transfer from Pula airport to the house.
